Kirk’s Dik-dik
European Studbook
Kirk’s Dik-dik occurs in East Africa (Kenya, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda) and Southern Africa (Angola and Namibia). The numbers are currently stable. Hunting and expansion of agriculture represents a threat in some areas, although currently they are not considered as major threats.
Conservation
■ Within EAZA, captive population data are recorded in European Studbook since 1999. It is kept by Zoo Hannover.
