Impala

Impala occurs in Angola, Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and it is reintroduced in Gabon. The species is extinct in Burundi. The numbers are currently stable. The major threats are the habitat loss due to agro-pastoral development as well as poaching.
